Important News Regarding Our Prices

We hope you are keeping well.

As you may be aware the Market Place is generally beset with commodity shortages and raw material increases, the results of which no business can escape.

Inevitably, this has resulted in both transport, shipping and polymer increases of circa 10 > 20% and whilst we have been able to absorb or mitigate some of these increases - nonetheless we have no choice but to raise our prices by circa 8% as from the 1st March.

We realise that this is very short notice, but again we have received little or no notice ourselves.

Thank you for your continued support and you may be assured that we will do everything we can to maintain supplies at the best possible rates.

Coronavirus Update

 We just wanted to give you a quick update on how we are operating during the pandemic and what this is likely to mean to you our customers. We’d just like to reassure you that we are still open for business until we are informed otherwise.

As we play a key part in supporting the food industry we do not expect to close and are working tirelessly to maintain our stock levels at a high volume so we can continue to supply you with what your business needs.

As expected not only due to the coronavirus pandemic but also Brexit we have sold out of some product lines. We are communicating with our factories on a daily basis to try source new stock levels or alternative items so rest assured we are working our hardest to support you during this difficult time.

Next Working Day Orders

 Unfortunately, this is a service we cannot offer at present due to a decision that has been made by our courier service. We hope to resume this service at a later date and apologise for any inconvenience this may cause you.

Standard Delivery

 We are still offering this service and aim to deliver in no longer than two working days, however, there may be a slight delay when delivering to certain areas. Please remember that this is a service that is offered to us by our courier and they may decide to extend the delivery timeframe if this is the case you will be notified accordingly when placing an order.

Warehouse Collection

We may be able to offer a click and collect service for our regular customers from our Warehouse. If this is a service you require please contact the team on 01225 751898 where we will be happy to discuss this option with you.

Click and collect is dependant on agreement with our warehouse and they reserve the right to withdraw this service or decline any request.

Returning Orders and Cancellations

 You are still able to return an order in the unlikely event that you are unhappy with the goods you have received however we would like you to contact the team on 01225 751898 where we can arrange this for you. Some key things to be aware of are:-

  • If you have placed an order online and wish to cancel the same day please call the team on 01225 751898 where they can process this for you.
  • If you are unavailable for delivery and you no longer require the items but have not notified us; if delivery is attempted, we will happily refund the value of the goods but cannot refund the delivery charge.
  • Goods must also be in their original packaging and all quantities must be received; part returns will not be accepted.

Please note our Goods are only dispatched Monday to Friday. Goods ordered on weekends will not be dispatched before the following Monday. No Orders are processed over weekends or UK Bank Holidays.


How do I know if my item is in stock?

During the checkout process, your basket will show any out of stock items in a red text. Products that are stocked on a regular basis are described as a 'standard stock item' whereas if the item is described as a 'non-standard stock item' we do stock this however it may only be in limited quantities or need to be specially shipped from our factory.

As such there may be a delay on non-standard stock item orders. If you have any stock related queries, please call us on 01225 751898 where we will be happy to assist with any questions you may have.

Where is my order? (UK Mainland Only)

Orders that are placed before midday (12 pm) on Monday to Thursday will be dispatched via DPD for next day delivery. We do try to ensure this however exceptional circumstance (weather/covid) may occur that can cause a delay to the order. If this was to happen, we would notify you accordingly. 

Orders that are placed after midday (12 pm) up to 2 pm on Monday to Thursday may still be able to be dispatched for next day delivery. This is not assured as such we recommend that for a next day delivery orders are placed in the morning.

During extremely busy holiday periods customers may have to wait up to 3 working days for delivery.

Orders that are placed on Friday Morning (before 12 pm) will be dispatched for a Monday delivery.

Orders that are placed on either Friday Afternoon (after 12 pm), Saturday or Sunday will be dispatched for a Tuesday delivery.

Can I collect my order?

A Collection is available for standard carton orders (non-pallet) only, subject to stock availability, from our warehouse in Kent by prior arrangement. Please contact the Office on 01225 751898 for further details on how to arrange a collection.

Can I get Free Delivery?

We currently offer Free Delivery for non-pallet orders if the total net order is £150 or more (net = before VAT and Delivery Charges). This, unfortunately, does not apply to the geographical areas showing in the table below (Scottish Highlands/Islands, Northern Ireland, Isle of Man, Isle of White, Channel Islands and other European destinations).

    • Saturdays and Sundays are non-working days
    • Friday orders will be delivered on the following Monday unless the conditions of the Saturday rate are met and paid for by midday (12 pm) Friday.

Pallet Surcharges

Our catalogue prices include shipping charges for full and half pallet consignments. Regional surcharges may apply in some instances as shown below. Please note that surcharges per pallet reduce as the number of pallets ordered increases. This can be calculated automatically during the check out process.
